After waiting over an hour for food, mgr came out to essentially insult us and dare us to leave if we didn't like it. I believe the quote went something like, "it takes how long it takes". Not diplomatic, and in fact was aggressive and very rude. I felt so bad because it was my husband's birthday and he used to go there as a kid and I thought this would be a nice surprise. The nice surprise was that my husband kept his cool and didn't punch this idiot in the face. Food came, was so-so, no apology, no nothing! His whole family used to go there, now no one will.
